Offshore Development Center (ODC) – The Offshore Development Center model allows our clients to reserve an offshore software development team for an extended period of time.  Our ODC clients know their developers by name, and benefit from the investment they make in training developers on their business, systems and development methodology. Clients can also “flex” the team up and down to account for fluctuations in their needs.

QA Outsourcing – Software Quality Assurance is a demanding discipline where investments in processes and tools pay off.  However, it’s often difficult to find enough qualified people to execute this activity onshore, at a reasonable cost.  By outsourcing all or part of your QA process to Cayuga, you can take advantage of lower costs offshore while improving the effectiveness of your QA organization and QA processes.

Production Support – Clients often need to extend the hours of support provided by their onshore teams.  It’s difficult for clients to get competent people to work off-hours, but given our location in Ukraine (7 hours ahead of US Eastern Time) we can provide strong people who can supplement your onshore support team during off-hours.  We provide dedicated staff and work with you to train them on your systems and support processes, allowing them to work as extensions of your onshore support team.
