Our vision is to create a supportive community of client families who enjoy optimal health and longevity. A professional health coach will work with you to help you identify and achieve your health goals. We will speak over the phone or, if feasible, in person. Sessions last about 50 minutes and are pre-arranged ahead of the scheduled day and time of the call.

Although we are inclusive of all potential clients, we specialize in serving the Orthodox Jewish women and families.

One-on-one coaching sessions are normally purchased as a package. The cost is 4 sessions for $375. Otherwise, the individual session cost is $125 without the package. Thus, the package price includes one free session. Additional discounts may be offered to repeat clients or those coming in on a special offer.

We also offer a 6 month Platinum program for those who are serious about making and sustaining changes long-term. This currently costs $199 per month. The first session is free with no obligation.

Group Coaching Programs and/or nutritional cleanse programs are offered approximately once every four months. These groups offer an alternative to clients who feel that they are unable to afford individual coaching. The groups take place over the telephone for one hour per week, usually on a Sunday to accommodate for different time-zones of participants all across the world. The cost is approx. $45 per session as opposed to  $99.50 per session for individual coaching in the Platinum program. Special early-bird savings are available, as well as extra special discounts for enrolling with a friend. #2. Reiki
Reiki is a healing art that balances the energy in the body in order to naturally stimulate the immune system. The session fee is $100. Sessions last 1 hour and are by appointment only.
