Cape Cod Writing Workshops offers classes, retreats, workshops and exercises, both online and at our site in beautiful Eastham, Massachusetts, so you can find:
1) Focus: It's difficult to find time to write; whether you're at home and reading course materials or sitting in front of the Eastham fireplace, making this commitment to working on your writing provides that needed focus.
2) Motivation: Taking a class or a workshop, or going on a retreat, gets you back in touch with your desire and compulsion to write, and that motivation stays with you long after the workshop is over.
3) Instruction/guidance: Call us rigid, but we think your teacher/mentor should be out there actually doing what they're teaching you to do. We teach from a perspective of success.
4) Skill enhancement: We can't guarantee you'll be published. We can guarantee that you'll become a better writer.
5) Exploration: Always wanted to try something new? We offer a safe supportive atmosphere in which to explore.
