Management of IT and Business Functions
Our Clients’ (Federal, Provincial, Municipal Government and Private sector) will often delegate an entire or partial responsibility for their IM/IT or business process functions in order to achieve significant savings and access the best of breed information technology solutions, while retaining control over their strategic IT and business functions. These contracts, typically for three (3) to five (5) years in length are renewable, providing revenue and support performance stability.
Services provided as part of an outsourcing contract can include: facilities management (data centers, call centers, network and desktop services); application maintenance and support; development and integration of new projects and applications; and document management.
