About |
Centennial Flyers is Colorado’s leading flight club, proudly based at Centennial Airport (KAPA), one of the nation’s busiest general aviation hubs. With a fleet of more than 30 aircraft, over 1,000 active members, and a commitment to affordability, safety, and innovation, Centennial Flyers has become the go-to destination for pilots of all experience levels across the Denver metro area and beyond.
Founded with the mission of making flying more accessible, Centennial Flyers offers hourly dry rentals on a wide range of aircraft from Cessna 152s and 172s to Cirrus SR20s, Piper Archers, and Mooney M20Js. Our club provides a transparent, community-driven model with no hidden fees, no monthly minimums, and flexible scheduling that supports both recreational and professional pilots.
Our members include student pilots, private owners, CFIs, airline captains, and corporate pilots, creating a vibrant and experienced aviation community. Whether you’re just beginning your journey toward a Private Pilot Certificate or need a cost-effective platform for instrument currency or time-building, we have the aircraft and support infrastructure to meet your needs.
Centennial Flyers is also a strong supporter of next-generation aviation technology. In 2025, we signed a Letter of Intent to become Colorado’s launch customer for the all-electric B23 Energic aircraft, marking a major step forward in our sustainability goals. We’re proud to be working with airport officials, policymakers, and developers to help bring electric aviation infrastructure and training to KAPA.
In addition to aircraft rentals, we provide:
• Access to FAA-certified flight instructors (independent CFIs and Part 61 training)
• Advanced aircraft with G1000 and Garmin G3X avionics
• Student-friendly rental policies
• Maintenance support through our sister company, Centennial Aero-Tech
• Hangar and ramp access with 24/7 booking tools
• Custom safety programs, checkouts, and operational guidance
Our fleet is meticulously maintained to FAA standards, and we are committed to operational excellence through a staff of experienced A&P mechanics, line personnel, and chief pilot advisors. As of June 2025, our maintenance operations have expanded with the launch of Centennial Aero-Tech, our in-house repair facility. This vertical integration ensures that our fleet stays safe, airworthy, and available for member use with minimal downtime.
What truly sets Centennial Flyers apart is our focus on community and accessibility. We’re not a traditional flight school or aircraft rental business, we’re a club built by pilots, for pilots. Members benefit from:
• A collaborative community of aviation professionals and enthusiasts
• Frequent safety seminars and educational events
• Access to affordable aircraft for personal and instructional use
• Transparent rates and billing with no surprises
Our leadership includes airline captains and experienced aviation business owners who understand the needs of today’s general aviation pilots. We actively collaborate with airport stakeholders, local businesses, and environmental initiatives to support the long-term growth of aviation in Colorado.
Whether you’re learning to fly, returning to aviation after time away, or looking for a better rental experience, Centennial Flyers delivers an unmatched value proposition. Come fly with us, and experience a club that puts pilots first.
