Cheryl Hazel is a South Florida native who grew up in Boca Raton where she attended first grade through college at FAU. Her father was one of the first dentists in Boca when it was a small IBM town before I-95 was built. She lives, plays, and works on the ocean, but has spent years living on the intracoastal waterway as well. With her 17 years of real estate experience, she understands the unique and often challenging nature of waterfront property that is essential to buying and selling.

While ocean and intracoastal properties are her specialties. Cheryl sells single family homes and condominiums in Palm Beach and Broward counties. Whether you are local or in another country, Cheryl and her team have the competence, confidence, and communication skills to help you navigate any real estate transaction in South Florida.
