It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission with SEC registration No. CN200818657. As an Aviation School, Strike Wing Aviation is recognized with AAC No. 2009-22 and governed by rules and policies of the civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and the International Civil Aviation organization (ICAO).
