Bangalore, July 15, 2014: Consulate General of Israel announced that travelling to Israel is made more inviting and has started issuing visas for Business/Tourism (B2) and Student (A2) visa categories from July 01, 2014. It is now simpler and easier to visit Israel using the new Israeli Visa service in Bangalore. The operational office to issue the Israeli visa service will begin on July 15, 2014.
In order to issue a visa one needs to approach the "Israel Visa Application Centre" which is located at:

Menahem Kanafi, the Israeli Consul General in Bangalore, said, “The Visa Application Service has come into force from July 01, 2014, from our new centre as we are fully committed to strengthen the relationship between Israel and India thus removing bureaucratic barriers between the two countries. We are partnering with IVS Processing Services Pvt Ltd. The opening of this Visa Application Centre will only strengthen our endeavors and will intensify people to contact through travel." He further stated “No need to address the Israeli Consulates in New Delhi or Mumbai to get visa anymore. This service will not only save the precious time of the businessmen and tourists but also the processing time. As of now, the official maximum processing time is will be within 3 to 4 working days”.
The Israel Embassy has made Israel more attractive for the Indian traveller – whether businessmen, tourists, pilgrims or students - to apply their visa directly.
