Jensen Leung, its founder and Managing Director, brings over 20 years of international experience in international tax and global mobility. Prior to founding Contexo Mobility, he was the Global Head of Mobility, Executive Director, of Nomura and was responsible for formulating and executing mobility strategies that support the global investment bank of Japan's largest securities firm with international expansion. He had also held regional mobility leadership positions with Barclays, BP, as well as Flextronics and led a number of flagship engagements when he was with Big Four accounting firms as a Senior Tax Manager. Over these years, he has successfully developed and implemented strategically-aligned mobility programs, structured cross-border corporate transactions and tax efficient compensation packages, managed expatriate tax advisory, tax compliance, as well as international payroll, contributed to various greenfield and M&A projects, and supported countless mobile employees and senior executives.

Jensen has a BBA in Organizational Behavior & Management from the University of Houston and has been an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, since 1999. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and served on the committees of World ERC in Asia Pacific as well as the Forum of Expatriate Management's Hong Kong Chapter and was on Deloitte Hong Kong's Client Advisory Board. In addition, he is an AllStar contributor to Intuit's Accountant Community, speaks at regional and national industry conferences, and has been quoted in various industry publications.
