Continental Wind Power, Inc., designs, builds, and installs modern, medium-sized wind turbines for large power consumers such as factories, farms, schools, water treatment facilities, and county and city governments. The company also develops small and medium-scale wind farms for customers. Continental Wind Power’s turbine design team has a track record of engineering excellence, with a combined total of more than 50 years of experience in the wind industry. These top engineers have designed more than 10 wind turbines for internationally known companies including Zond, GE, Enron, Clipper, Innovative Windpower, and Conergy Powerwind, and joined together to create Continental Wind Power's Wind Turbines.  Founded in 2007, Continental is based in Santa Barbara, California. The company’s president/CEO is Jim Winsayer.
