Copper River Property Management is a veteran-owned property management firm based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in managing single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily properties up to 50 units for property owners and investors.

Our founder, Anthony Collazos, is a U.S. Army veteran with a background in real estate lending and private equity. He has managed more than 2,400 units across Texas, including 300 in Dallas. His experience revealed a common gap in smaller private equity shops, operations often lacked alignment with ownership goals. That insight inspired him to launch Copper River Property Management, focused on providing everyday property owners with investor-level support and institutional-quality service.

We serve neighborhoods across Dallas and surrounding neighborhoods to include Garland, Richardson, Plano, Addison, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, Irving, Lakewood, East Dallas, & more. Our services include rent collection, tenant screening, lease management, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.
