Lark and Jay Press is a boutique children’s publishing company dedicated to sharing authentic, values-driven stories inspired by ranch life, family connection, and meaningful childhood experiences. Founded by author Bianca Pierce, the press was created to publish books that reflect real work, real responsibility, and real heart—stories that children can recognize and families can trust.

Its debut title, On the Ranch with Cowboy Luke, introduces young readers ages 4–8 to the everyday rhythms of cowboy life, including caring for animals, fixing fences, and working alongside loyal ranch dogs. Rather than relying on fantasy or exaggerated adventure, the story highlights the importance of hard work, faith, family, and perseverance.
