We are a fitness and self-defense gym specializing in Krav Maga.  We have Fitness Bootcamp classes like no other that are based on the principles and rigors of the Israeli Defense Force and the U.S. Military. The BC physical fitness program includes an obstacle course, calisthenics, free weights, kettle bells, circuit training, running, stretching, and other Military based exercises.
Our Krav Maga classes will teach you how to handle opponents armed with sticks, knives, guns, and how to handle multiple attackers.  Krav Maga Combative (based on Muay Tai Kickboxing) included.
