The Creative Collective is an award winning and full service creative services agency based on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia with an operational franchisee in Newcastle servicing clients locally, inter-state and international. The firm was founded in 2007 by Yvette Adams who has over 15 year’s global experience in the media, marketing, internet and PR fields.
Since its founding The Creative Collective has quickly built an impressive reputation for providing a highly convenient service to its growing list of clients who include everything from start-ups to well established corporate and Government clients by offering everything from conceptual/strategy related advice to actual implementation of online and offline marketing activities and production of marketing materials including websites, with outstanding results.
With an innovative HR/business model utilising a wide array of cloud computing software, we provide our clients with the ability to partly or fully out-source the creative service components of their business. The Creative Collective also has a significant amount of experience in the development and delivery of a wide range of education and training. The successful development and delivery of training requires strong communication skills, with the ability to adjust style appropriately to suit diverse audiences. Specifically we have a significant amount of experience delivering contracts on behalf of Government departments.
As part of the AusIndustry Small Business Online program, in conjunction with tender partners TRAC Consulting, The Creative Collective have developed a six month program aimed at supporting small businesses in maximising their growth opportunities through the use of cutting edge internet, email, marketing and communications strategies.
This included the development of 18 webinars of 45 minutes each, 18 e-lessons of 4-10 A4 pages, six, 3 hour computer labs and 4 full live days of training as well as an extensive website, featuring a dedicated secure log in membership area. By the completion of the contract in June 2011, the program will have been delivered to 100 small business owners across the Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg and Whitsunday areas.
In June 2010, against stiff competition, we were awarded an 18-month contract with DEEDI (State Government) to develop and deliver a series of 25 webinars on business topics to business owners across Queensland. The webinars have been so well received we have had an amendment to contract to develop, deliver and promote additional topics on ebusiness (social media, cloud computing, local search marketing and search engine optimisation) and also workplace health and safety. On the webinars we can host anywhere between 10 and 100 participants.
Additionally we support our local community (Sunshine Coast) by regularly providing high quality educational opportunities to our local community by regularly running ‘Web Wednesday’ events - a monthly professional development & networking event, where the Sunshine Coast's business owners, entrepreneurs, marketing professionals and anyone wanting to learn more about online success is encouraged to attend. These are held at the Sunshine Coast TAFE, whom we have an excellent relationship with. We allow all students to come along for free, provided they can show a valid ID, in the interests of providing them with cutting edge information that is not necessarily the current curricula, and also to connect them to industry people/potential employers/contacts etc. Each event features 3 hand picked panellists, generally industry leaders or exceptional business case studies willing to share ‘their story’.
