Swedish pastry chef, Björn Svensson moved to New Zealand in 2007.
He has many years of experience in Sweden and abroad with Gold medal achievements in several international competitions with the Swedish Culinary Team. His great passion for chocolate and desserts urged him to create Criollo Chocolates and Desserts.
Criollo is a classic european style patisserie, production of cakes, chocolate pralines, petit fours, wedding cakes, desserts and other more specialized items such as sculptures out of ice or chocolate.
