It's true pets are typically have anxiety when they are away from their owners for extended periods of time and it only gets worse when they are in unfamiliar surroundings. With in-home pet sitting they will be more comfortable and have less anxiety while you are away.  
Dog walking and exercise will help reduce and or eliminate most behavioral issues. Many issues are caused by boredom and providing some mid-day stimulation the dog is less like to act out during the day.
