CrowdAvoid is a travel app for iOS and Android that shows real-time crowd levels at over 500 top attractions worldwide. Travelers can see live data, receive push notifications when crowds drop, and build full-day itineraries around the best visit windows — so they spend less time waiting and more time experiencing.
The app's smart prediction engine factors in weather, cruise ship arrivals, local events, and historical patterns to forecast how crowds will move throughout the day. Trend indicators show whether a venue is filling up or clearing out in real time.

CrowdAvoid was created by Rolf Magener, an entrepreneur who has traveled to 130 countries across all seven continents and walked more than 15 Caminos de Santiago. He built it out of personal experience — arriving at iconic destinations only to find them overwhelmed with crowds.
