Contract Services Group, Inc. (CSG) is leading provider of commercial janitorial services, building maintenance, window cleaning, and window washing equipment & systems.   CSG provides janitorial and window cleaning services to California, Nevada, and Arizona and window washing systems to every state.

CSG has recently achieved a significant industry milestone of certification with honors of the prestigious Cleaning Institute Management Standard (CIMS) Green Building (GB).

The International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) established and administrates the CIMS-GB assessment program.

CSG achieved its certification through a rigorous audit of its business practices by a third party qualified auditor.  The auditor reviewed CSG’s business practices, reviewing internal documents, interviewing CSG employees, validating that administrative policies and procedures were in use in its field operations by visiting job sites.

The CIMS-GB assessment reviewed six areas of CSG operations, Quality Systems, Service Delivery, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Environmental Stewardship, Management Commitment, and Green Building Cleaning Procedures.  CSG qualified with honors in all areas.

In its approval notification from ISSA, Contract Services Group was advised that its business practices are structured to deliver consistent high quality, efficient, and continuous improving commercial cleaning services.

As a CIMS-GB with honors certified contractor CSG has set itself above the competition.
