CueSports International (CSI) is the premier pool and billiard event producers in the United States. With a staff who has a combined history of over 200+ years in the sport of pocket billiards it is operated by knowledgable, educated and life long professionals in the industry.

Based in Las Vegas, Nevada the entertainment capital of the world, CSI is the parent company of the oldest and highly regarded pool league in North America (the BCA Pool League / BCAPL). The BCAPL is also active in Europe, the Caribbean, and expanding into Australia and Asia. The league encourages play and development of the sport from amatuer to professional levels.

CSI produces what has been called “The Greatest Pool Tournament in the World” at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada (the BCAPL National 8-Ball Championships) with ever 10,000 entries and approximately 7000 players. In May 2011 the event will be celebrating 35 years. Additionally, CSI produce the U.S. Open 10-Ball Championship, the U.S. Bar Table Championships (USBTC), and the Jay Swanson Memorial Tournament, which is the longest continuously running (15 years) independent event in the western section of the U.S.

In addition to event production, CSI organizes and implements the most regarded pocket billiards referee training program in the U.S. World renowned billiard historian, author, and rules expert, Mike Shamos said about the, “Official Rules of the BCA Pool League” in an article in Billiards Digest, “I have the feeling that because of their logic the BCAPL rules just may become the dominant rules of the game.”
