Founded in 2003, Cut-It-Out Communications specializes in public relations and interactive services including search engine optimization, corporate blogs, e-newsletters and online press releases. Its President, Willy Gissen, has been certified in advanced search engine marketing and local search; wrote a monthly column on public relations for the Westchester County Business Journal; and served in the communications and operations departments of Congressional and gubernatorial campaigns. He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in government.
