Dan Tobin is an author, speaker, and consultant on corporate learning strategies and leadership development programs. In his 30 years in the learning and development field, he has founded two corporate universities, written seven books on corporate learning strategies, and given workshops and keynotes on five continents. He was named to Leadership Excellence Magazine's 2008-2009 "Top 100" list.
Dan consults with corporate training groups, helping them to align their learning initiatives with their companies' business goals and strategies and to help them plan for the development of their next generation of leaders.
He recently published his first e-book, "Technical Career Path or Management Career Path: Which Career Ladder is Right for You?" a guide for early career employees who are trying to decide whether to build their career in their technical specialty area or move into management.
His latest book, "Learn Your Way to Success" will be published by McGraw-Hill in early 2012.
