The Company was founded in 1987 by Steven DeBaise. Steven started in the construction industry as a teenager working as a laborer for a local home builder. Through the years, and as he worked his way up to foreman, he developed a work ethic and a set of business values which was to be the foundation of DeBaise Construction Co., Inc.
