Renovating a Leaking Roof Deck on a Condo in Brentwood

A roof deck over 3500 square feet in size, covering 28 expensive condo units below was leaking. 

The tile deck had to be removed and a new system installed. 

Cal Building & Maintenance Industries Inc, as general contractor demo'd the tile decking and waterproofing. 

Central Coast Waterproofing installed Desert Crete traffic coatings to the deck. Shortly after installing the waterproofing in December of 2011, the heaviest rains in 70 years occurred over Los Angeles.

For the first time in 3 years, the roof did not leak.

The deck was finished with a stamped faux tile that was then stained and sealed.
