We offer free design consultation to our customers and work with them to create their vision of what they would like to have constructed. The plans that we create with the homeowners can then be purchased by the customer to get competitive bids from other contractors on the exact same project. If the customer chooses to have Brancato Construction build the project, The price of the plans gets applied to the deposit on the signed contract. This approach not only opens a line of trust and communication between Brancato construction and our customers it also saves the customer time by not having to meet with a couple of designers and then try to compare different projects
