DEV4CAUSTAZA is the developer of SUBUL (app.subul.uk), an AI-powered EdTech and JobTech platform that connects training directly to employment. SUBUL addresses a gap visible across our region: learners complete courses and earn certificates, yet employers still cannot fill cloud, AI and cybersecurity roles, because training, certification and hiring are handled by separate, disconnected platforms.

SUBUL brings the full path into one product:

- AI career agents that assess each learner's level, language and target role, then guide them through a personalized path
- Hands-on practical labs with access to Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Nvidia environments
- Preparation for recognized industry certifications
- CV Booster, which optimizes candidate CVs against target roles, and Subullin, a LinkedIn extension that improves candidate visibility
