District 4 Toastmasters is the organization that represents Toastmasters clubs in parts of the San Francisco Bay area. District 4, also called The Golden Gate District, stretches from the Golden Gate Bridge, down the San Francisco Peninsula to Santa Cruz and Monterey, encompassing Silicon Valley, San Jose and Salinas.
