Our passion for residential lettings began in 2004. Our extensive training, and qualifications mean that we are able to deliver market-leading services to both our Landlords, and our Tenants.
We are experts in the Leeds market, maintaining at all times the highest of professional standards by conforming to guidelines of the industry’s leading bodies. Almost uniquely in the industry as a new business, we are already fully qualified, licensed, and professionally accredited Agents. We have achieved member status with the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) – the regulating bodies of the industry.
Furthermore, client monies are fully protected and insured giving you all the peace of mind you could want from your Agent.
We are members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS), which provides independent redress services for consumers.
We are a small and friendly team, meaning our clients have just one point of contact. This ensures a seamless, personalised service from those that know you and your property. We are not a ‘faceless’ organisation and we place our Landlords and Tenants alike at the heart of everything we do.

We believe times are changing, and for the better. We are embracing changes in technology and communication which help us improve the services we provide to our customers. Gone are the days a High Street office is a requirement for property Agents. Today Estate and Lettings are almost exclusively carried out the web. Do you remember trawling the papers, or even driving round street to street looking for to let boards every time you needed to move? All we need do now is visit a property portal and all the information we require is available with a few clicks – all from the comfort of our own home. Wonderful!
Being a web-based Agent doesn’t mean we aren’t approachable. We are available to talk to you whenever you are ready. We make site visits, or how about letting us take you for a coffee so we can speak face-to-face? All you need do is ask.
Here at Dwell we are championing the low-carbon agenda. In an administrative industry the volume of paperwork can be very substantial. We believe in minimising our carbon footprint, and we are focussed on every possible way of doing so. We carry out almost all of our communication by email which drastically cuts down usage of paper, ink, stationary, postage, and petrol. We arrange as many of our contracts to be signed electronically as possible. Documents are stored electronically in a secure manner, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We recycle anything that can be recycled.
