The goal of EatDrinkAnything.com is to have individuals eat anything they like, but at the same time eat less so that they can lose weight. We provide a Free Online Web Application, EatDrinkAnything.com Weekly Menu, which allows an individual to select any food or drink they would like to consume.
EatDrinkAnything.com then uses general information (age, sex, weight) along with the kinds of food an individual selects and whether they have an exercise routine (if any) to create a menu. The online application calculates the appropriate portions for the food selected and prepares a weekly menu, complete with graphics and serving sizes.

Every day a person will EAT a certain amount of calories and every day a person will BURN a certain amount of calories. If a person keeps these two things constant they will maintain their weight. If not, the following happens:
