ECENTA is a global SAP® system integrator specializing in complex implementation projects in the SAP Customer Engagement and Commerce (CEC) application suite comprising SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), SAP Contact Center (CCtr fka. BCM), hybris Commerce B2B / B2C, hybris Marketing and hybris Billing (fka. SAP BRIM). Until to date, we have delivered over 300+ successful implementations around the globe!

Furthermore, we provide consulting services in the following areas:

- portal technology such as HANA Cloud Portal

ECENTA has been founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Walldorf, Germany right on SAP's HQ campus! Our global presence and customer base is supported by our 9 offices around the globe: Dallas, TX and Vancouver, BC for the Americas, Germany, Sweden, France and Latvia for EMEA and Malaysia, Singapore and Australia for the APA regions. Ever since our foundation in 2000, we maintain a very strong relationship with SAP and assume various partnerships:
