Community Conversations: Elizabeth City-Hampton for a Better Tomorrow aims to facilitate greater community dialogue between the Coastal communities of Elizabeth City, North Carolina and Hampton, Virginia to facilitate greater economic development, tourism development, and greater economic ties through regional "Common Sense" strategy for boosting economic & tourism activity in a way that truly compliments the coastal culture that comes from being near the water and communities of a storied and raw history of strife, success, and both defining of the fabric of the history of their respective Regions.
