Eddie Lorenz, Dance Instructor has been teaching ballroom dance for 12 years, he started at a nationally known dance studio where he worked for four years, for seven years, he has taught as an independent teacher in the Nashville area. Throughout his dance career, Eddie has periodically received dance training from a three time U.S. champion as well as other prize-winning instructors. For several years, he taught the singles group at a Methodist church in Brentwood. He specializes in teaching smooth (Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz). He is also extremely knowledgeable in Latin, Swing and Country.
Eddie Lorenz takes a vested interest in his students. He is genuine and caring, and at the same time will challenge his students to reach their highest potential in dance. Eddie Lorenz understands the gradual learning process in partnership dancing, and is persistent on reviewing the fundamentals and making sure each student understands the information that is shared with them. Eddie is constantly updating his dance knowledge so that he can be the best teacher possible. As a result, his students will thrive from the education that he receives. Eddie wants all of his students to know that his mission is making his students better dancers so they can go anywhere and dance confidently and comfortably.
