About

Eagle Harbor Holdings LLC (“EHH”) is in the technology development and commercialization business. We develop patented technologies and spin them out as operating entities, or sell or license patents to strategic partners. EHH owns an extensive and growing patent portfolio, developed in-house through prototyping and tested implementation, covering fields of use for automotive systems, smart home systems, and mobile devices. We successfully bridge the gap between theoretical designs and end-use consumer technology.

EHH was founded by the same team that founded Airbiquity in 1997 and subsequently developed the digital OnStar system. Airbiquity’s first adopter of this digital system was General Motors. Subsequent adopters included BMW, Ford, and Nissan. In 2000 Airbiquity founders Dan Preston and Joe Preston left Airbiquity to form what would later become EHH.

The EHH patent portfolio currently includes 26 issued patents. In addition, EHH maintains an active patent continuation practice, with 20 patent applications pending, and this practice grows monthly. These patents and applications have priority dates ranging from 2001 to 2004.
