Ekay Economic Consultants, Inc., "EEC" was formed with the goal of providing law firms, businesses and government clients with a clear and quality analysis of complex litigation, real estate, gaming and local government finance issues. We have the experience and education necessary to perform a variety of economic analyses and to present our findings in various settings, including deposition, trial, local and state government commissions and boards.
We specialize in the areas of economic damages, financial analysis, fiscal and economic analyses, and gaming feasibility. We have experience in a broad range of industries, including, but not limited to, construction, real estate, energy, transportation, retail, medical, and entertainment. We have close working relationships with professionals offering complementary services, such as attorneys, appraisers, accountants, engineers and land use planners, allowing us to provide a wide range of services to our clients.
Our clients include, but are not limited to, law firms, local, state, and federal government representatives, real estate developers, gaming facility operators, legislators, Native American Tribes, industry associations, engineering and planning firms.
We hold postgraduate degrees and professional certifications, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified in Management Accounting (CMA), Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA), and Certified Forensic Financial Analyst, Specializing in Financial Litigation (CFFA). As a result of these certifications and our professional organization memberships, we are bound by Codes of Ethics and Professional Standards such as those of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
