Emmanuel Kepas graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and went on to receive an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington. He worked as a Vice President with Morgan Stanley before joining eBay as the eWatch Manager
As the Vice President of Morgan Stanley Online New Accounts, he passed several security licensing exams that included complex financial transactions and ethical behaviors. The security licenses included:
Series 7 – General Securities Representative
Series 9 – NYSE Branch Office Manager Options Exam
Series 10 – NYSE General Sales Supervisor
Series 24 – FINRA (formerly NASD) General Securities Principal
Series 63 - Uniform State Securities Law
As a young man he was participated actively in the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank Eagle Scout with a gold palm, a Duty to God Award and became a member of the Order of the Arrow. As a teenager he worked for the Maple Dell and Beaver High Adventure scout camps. He is married with six children.
The Boy Scout of America Oath:

Now he works with young people to provide positive motivation, inspire them with greater sense of purpose and integrity.
