Elevated Healing Treatment Centers is a physician-led mental health & addiction treatment facility in Woodland Hills, CA, offering PHP, IOP, OP & RTC services for adults 18-85. We provide evidence-based care for mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. DHCS licensed, LegitScript certified, and Joint Commission accredited, we work with all commercial insurance plans and offer private pay rates on a sliding scale. We are one of the few facilities in Southern California accepting various Medicare plans. Our services include EMDR, DBT, TMS, and a full wellness program featuring sound therapy, art therapy, yoga, and meditation.
