Engage by Cell is a mobile technology software company located in San Francisco, CA. Founded in 2006, the company expanded to include four divisions: Engage by Cell, Guide by Cell, Give by Cell, and Train by Cell. Each division focused on providing a hosted SaaS set of software solutions to help specific industries engage and communicate with their end-user through text messaging, mobile web apps, GPS mapping, and payment processing.
