It is now generally recognized that the geometrical shape of a polished diamond determines the level of Brilliance and Sparkle.
The trade now acknowledges that the “CUT GRADES” assigned by the major Gemological Laboratories are inaccurate and in many cases false.
A recently posted web site provides the only Scientifically determined CUT SCORE, which acts also as the Common Basis between all of the laboratories CUT GRADES. This FREE calculator at www.e-praise.com will determine from the physical dimensions of a diamond reported on the certificate of quality the diamonds eCS or e-praise cut score.
An actual analysis of 180 Gemological Laboratory Certifcates of Quality are posted along with the eCS equivalent of each on the site.
