About

Based in North Wales Equipment Tracking has gathered over 70 years experience in equipment pool management between them and no matter what size your company, we fit around your requirements, and our “one call solves all” philosophy ensures our service is focus driven to each and every request we undertake on your behalf.

By knowing you and your business we can then recommend ways of improving your costs and supply chain flows. We include reviews, training and procedural changes as part of our standard package.

Over the last 4 years we have protected customers from over 425,000 incorrect or duplicate transaction declarations that could have cost them £4.2 million in lost equipment charges alone if undetected. Annually we are track- ing over 15 million pallet movements on behalf of our customers and an additional 20 million basket, crate and other equipment type movements that have to be accounted for.

Our clients have benefitted from improved controls and cost savings with some customers reducing admin’ teams by over 50% having subsequently benefitted from improved information flows. Not one of our customers has had to pay for equipment write offs while we have been managing their equipment holdings! It’s a bold claim and one we are very proud of. It demonstrates our successful understanding of pool management, but it does not end there.

We have built up strong supply chain relationships and are recognised as leading suppliers of software and services by Chep, LPR and IPP. The likes of H J Heinz UK & Ireland, Nestle Purina, Unilever Ambient and Chilled Foods, United Biscuits, DHL & Wincanton benefit from a win-win relationship.

Our software is built to mirror the supply chain and its’ requirements. The available modules allow you to utilise the appropriate functionality to reflect your use of the flows. Our pricing structure reflects the way that you use your equipment in the supply chain so that businesses large or small can afford and benefit from working with Equipment Tracking.
