EXOS Aerospace Systems & Technologies, Inc. is a Texas-based aerospace company pioneering FAA-licensed reusable rockets and advanced composite pressurized structures for the next generation of suborbital, hypersonic, and orbital access.

As one of only three U.S. companies licensed by the FAA to fly reusable launch vehicles, EXOS has a proven flight record with four successful launches under its SARGE (Suborbital Active Rocket with Guidance) program - demonstrating reliable, repeatable space access for commercial, defense, and research missions.

Building on that heritage, EXOS is advancing its Hypersonic Reusable Launch Vehicle (HRLV) under contract with the U.S. Air Force, designed to enable high-cadence, cost-effective flight testing in Mach 5+ environments. These systems reduce development time and cost for emerging hypersonic technologies across both government and commercial sectors.

In parallel, EXOS is expanding its capabilities through the planned acquisition of Scorpius Space Launch Company (SSLC) - a leader in composite pressurized structures and the world’s only provider of Type V linerless composite tanks successfully flown to the Moon. This proprietary technology represents a major breakthrough in cryogenic tank design, offering substantial weight reduction, lower production cost, and improved performance for applications in aerospace, hydrogen infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing.
