FanDraught™ Sports Brewery recently announced the authorization of its equity crowdfunding campaign. After three months of providing full disclosure of detailed business plans and submitting answers to four rounds of questions, the Colorado Securities Commissioner signed FanDraught Colorado LLC’s “Registration by Qualification” pursuant to 11-51-304(6), C.R.S. This authorization allows FanDraught to follow a monitored process to raise funds from all adult Colorado residents.

Residents can become a FanDraught Founding Member-Owner for as little as $1,000, and are invited to participate on one or more committees. Collaboration and involvement will be encouraged, not required, with special parties, t-shirts, and recognition for Founding Member-Owners. Learn more at FanDraught.com.

Consumers flock to a variety of sports and entertainment options in the Denver area - TopGolf, Dave & Buster's, Broncos, Rockies, Nuggets, Avalanche, Outlaws, Rapids, and more. FanDraught will complement these, while offering a full line of quality craft beer and a variety of interactive sports entertainment, including free fantasy sports leagues, a unique mobile app, sports trivia, and much more. The planned location is in Douglas County.

According to the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA), the North American fantasy sports market has grown from a few million to almost 60 million players in the last 25 years. FanDraught’s founder, Jeff Thomas, has a unique perspective as a sports and craft beer entrepreneur. He launched one of the first fantasy sports companies, in 1993, and sold it in 1999. Thomas co-founded a cooperative brewery in 2012, was president of the FSTA for three years, and served on its Board of Directors for twelve years. He is a consultant and recognized expert on fantasy sports law, products, marketing, technology and business models.

FanDraught Sports Brewery is under development and expected to open in mid-2017. The FanDraught brand name and Coach Beermeister mascot were selected to communicate the sports and beer focus. Fans are sports fans. Draught beer is a “chiefly British” version of draft beer, and pronounced exactly the same. The taproom will have an industrial, sports chill look and feel, and will have a 10bbl brew house with a smaller pilot system to produce sports seasonals, special releases, and barrel-aged beers.
