FAN, Inc. is a national concern seeking to help former NCAA student athletes who were injured while playing sports at their respective institute of higher learning. Our goal is to  bridge the financial gap for these individuals providing assistance to the uninsured and under insured. Helping them to make deductibles and co-pays that may be due as well as provide a referral network of quality member providers who work with us to offer all realms of medical and rehabilitative services.
