FC Civil Rights

FC Civil Rights is an advocacy to support targeted parents in wrongful Family Court actions. Parents who are fit and proper are experiencing illegal legal kidnap of their children under the current Family Court system that is a "one" judge system that was created to aid and avail custodial disputes while protecting minor children and their family's interests. However, it has resulted in criminal judges and attorneys typically targeting one parent and not working toward immediate resolution but a long-drawn out courtroom proceeding that is robbing parents and their children's' incomes while making court systems, departments and agencies that support them and attorneys rich.
