Our mission is to bring feelings conversations to everyone, not just the therapy-savvy, journal-happy, or hyper-self-aware. We’re on a mission to normalize saying “I feel weird and I don’t know why” without shame, without judgment, and without needing a psychology degree or a therapy appointment. Whether you’re a chronic avoider, a chronic overthinker, or somewhere in between, we make space for messy, honest, human emotions, because feeling stuff is part of being alive, not something to be fixed. We believe that if we can get better at recognizing, understanding, and talking about our feelings, we can build stronger connections with ourselves and with each other.
