Vin Industries has produced another dessicant which mainly focuses on removing moisture content in the high filler loading applications upto 8% to 10% like polyethylene carry bags.
Since increased filler loadings lead to deterioration in the physical properties of th eproduct, FillMor acts as a dispersing agent which helps in homogeneous mixing and increases the impact strength and shine in the end product.
So, without reducing the physical properties of the product, you can now increase filler and get results like never before.
Vin Industries offers in two special grades namely: FillMor-S and FillMor-V which work as per their applications.
FillMor-S: It is mainly used for the manufacturing of Colored Carry Bags and Reprocessed Carry Bags. FillMor S gets merged into the polymers due to which the look of the Bags turns glossy and their strength also gets enhanced. The suggested dosage of FillMor-S is 1.5% to 2%

FillMor-V: It is mainly used in the manufacturing of Transparent Bags, Lamination Sheets, Liners and Blown films. The suggested dosage for FillMor-V is 8% to 10%.
