30 Day Fitness Challenge offers four different challenges:
Squat Challenge
Plank Challenge
Push Up Challenge
Pull Up Challenge

Participants from all over the world submit their results daily or weekly and can compare their progress to others just like them.  As a challenge participant you have the opportunity to log in and view the leaderboards any time you wish.  This not only creates some accountability to your results, it also provides a competitive drive to push you harder and further than you ever thought possible.

A portion of all challenge fees are donated to various cancer research funds.
