The Fernando Luis Alvarez Gallery first opened in Greenwich, CT, in early 2008. There, owner-and-contemporary-artist Fernando Luis Alvarez had a 7,000 sq. ft. showroom and studio for his work and for his represented artists. In December of 2009, the company expanded to 96 Bedford Street in Stamford, CT, and Alvarez completed a full relocation by June 2010, ultimately closing his Greenwich space after two successful years. All Gallery artists go through a rigorous internal proprietary system where they are selected for their unmatched creativity and a winning mindset. Alvarez approaches each artist as both a value investment and a “Hollywood” story.

The Fernando Luis Alvarez Gallery’s mission is to curate, exhibit, sell, and promote contemporary artists that incite intrigue and empower its patrons, collectors and communities. We are committed to:
--  the advancement of the arts in economic, cultural, and philanthropic ventures.
--  creating a dialogue between artist and collectors, and providing them with a meeting ground and marketplace through our gallery.
--  selecting artists who not only exemplify astounding creative talent, but also have the capacity to grow and develop within our brand.
--  recognizing the importance of telling a story, and only choosing artists who can contribute in profound ways to that story.
