Artist Statement: A blank canvas stares up at me in the same way that a blank notebook always did; just waiting to be filled with ideas, creativity, and imagination.  The pen and paintbrush I hold very dear, they are my defense against the world so that nothing is ever left unsaid.  Every poetry painting is poured with passion, exuding every emotion entitled art.
