Fortress Hill is a Central Florida dojo offering martial arts classes for kids and adults, self defense courses for women and mixed martial arts (MMA) training and development. MMA is the fastest-growing sport in the United States, due in no small part to the popularity of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Worldwide, it can be viewed in more than 130 countries and in 20 different languages.

Fortress Hill was founded by James Sang Lee, who has appeared in blockbuster films such as Blade and Lethal Weapon 4, and starred in his own martial arts video workout series. For the last 10 years, James has led the student ministries and security teams at Northland, A Church Distributed. In 2010, James won the ISKA World Martial Arts tournament on ESPN.
