Fostering Change for Children is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to innovate promote positive change within the child welfare system. With a focus on children, families, and the individuals who work with them, we aim to inspire new and different ways of thinking and working. Fostering Change for Children currently operates Adoptment, Children’s Corps, and a series of specialized trainings and consultations. Each of our programs is dedicated to improving permanency options for youth in the child welfare system, whether by providing connections to adult mentors, energetic and well-trained workers, or guidance and support to the large network of adults working within the system.
