Freshford Holdings Ltd is developing a $100 million sustainable agricultural hub in Paddys River ACT Australia.
The hub will host a huge fish farm (Murray Cod), 40,000 sqm of greenhouses growing a range of herbs, vegetables and even Vanilla pods. Other products include a worm farm, algae production and a large range of small artisan food producers making products such as cider, whisky, cheese, specialised processed meat and cakes etc.
The entire projects will be zero-waste and will be powered by solar energy.
